The ORs were calculated using the inverse-variance weighted method if several mQTL were available for the CpG site or the Wald ratio if only one mQTL was available. The x-axis shows the OR and its 95% confidence interval for DKD per SD change in DNA methylation for each CpG. OR Odds ratio, DKD Diabetic kidney disease.
