a Glutamate levels in forebrain lysates of wild type (Wt) or Tg2541 (Tg) mice, dosed for 6–12 weeks with PLX3397 (275 mg/kg oral) or vehicle beginning at 4 months of age, were measured by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HILIC-MS/MS). b γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels in forebrain lysates of Wt or Tg mice, dosed for 6–12 weeks with PLX3397 (275 mg/kg oral) or vehicle beginning at 4 months of age, were measured HILIC-MS/MS.
