Confocal microscopy images of condensates, with a radius of 14, 24 and 38 μm at 55 °C, being cooled from 55 to 20 °C at different rates. The number of liquids trapped inside the condensate during cooling depends both on the size of the condensate and on the rate at which the condensates is cooled (Supplementary Fig. 6).
