To show the generality, d, digits from 1 to 9 were fabricated by quaternary (CoPdPtAg) nanoparticles, and e several typical shapes (two digging holes and different thicknesses of lines) were fabricated by quinary (CoPdPtAgNi) nanoparticles, as shown in corresponding AFM images.
