In cycles 6, 15, 25, 35 and 55, the Li-ion diffusion coefficient in NMC811 (D) of Cell 1 derived by the ICI method is plotted against the specific capacity (Q) during charging and discharging are plotted in a, b, respectively, while the internal resistance (R) from the same ICI measurements during charging and discharging are plotted in c, d, respectively. Only values with E ≥ 3.7 V, where the ICI method is applicable as discussed above, are shown. The error bars originate from the standard deviation of linear regression.
