qer7, phot, and cia5 cells alongside with their complemented lines (qer7-C, phot-C, and cia5-C respectively) and WT backgrounds, were synchronized under 12 h light (15 µmol m−2 s−1)/12 h dark cycles, in photoautotrophic conditions (Sueoka’s high salt medium; HSM), at 23 °C in Erlenmeyer flasks shaken at 125 rpm.
