  1. The total defects in our work are screened out by the brightness threshold. P1 is the ratio of isolated defects with ODMR signal to the Total defects investigated, P2 is the ratio of isolated defects with ODMR signal to all the isolated defects, and P3 is the ratio of isolated defects with evident Rabi oscillations to the isolated defects with ODMR signal.
