Predictions were created by AlphaFold2 pipeline provided by ColabFold (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.15.456425v1). The ribbon diagrams in both panels are colored by the pLDDT values, indicating the reliability of the prediction as shown by the legend. c Shows the vpORF3 model phospholipase A2 (PLA2) domain (blue) superimposed with that of the Chinese cobra (Naja atra) venom PLA2 structure (PDB ID:1POA) (orange).
