In all three cases the initial state (τ = 0) is bosonic. Depending on the projection and interaction, it then converges as imaginary time increases (τ = 1.0) to the ground state of non-interacting bosons (left column), bosons with coulomb interaction U = 2ℏω (middle column) and non-interacting fermions (right column).
