a OVA-sensitized mice were atomized with 1% OVA or an equal volume of NS for 30 min, once daily for 7 d. 2 h after each OVA atomization, mice were intratracheally administered with either 50 μl/mouse of 2-D08 at the dosages of 10 and 30 mg/kg or vehicle.
