The mapped color is a pseudo-color. g Infrared transmittance spectra of the cell wall, cell membrane, cell nucleus, and cytoplasm by extracted hyperspectral image. h Stained visible light microscopy image with acetocarmine solution which took after the hyperspectral image measurement.
