Seasonal variation in ocean heat transports into the Totten Ice Shelf (TIS), eastern TIS (eTIS), and western Moscow University Ice Shelf (wMUIS) cavities for (ac) CTRL and (df) NOTR cases. The reference ocean temperature for ocean heat transport calculation was −2.0°C. The results are the climatology averaged for 1991‒2020, calculated from the monthly values of water properties and velocity. The number on the right-upper corner in each panel indicates annual-mean ocean heat transport (GW). Colors show the potential density anomaly and the green line indicates the 27.60 kg m−3 isopycnal.
