Image-based screening and corona multiomics analysis reveal the relationships between efficacy and corona content. Functional changes following iterations in particle or cationic lipid (CIL) design can be identified and supplemented with corona multiomics data. This process can be repeated to obtain deeper mechanistic understanding, with in vivo validation of the resulting design concepts. Illustration is generated with BioRender.
