From: Nitroalkanes as thioacyl equivalents to access thioamides and thiopeptides
Reactions carried out with 0.1 mmol of 7a, 0.2 mmol of 2a, 0.2 mmol of S source and 0.2 mmol of Na2S in 1 mL of THF. Yield of isolated product. The ee value was determined by chiral-phase HPLC.
