Nodes correspond to individuals living in the reserve (circles for females and squares for males) from the establishment of the population in 1997 until the end of 2020. The node size is proportional to the total number of their offspring, node colour indicates the year of birth. Edges point from parent to offspring (purple for mother, green for father). Due to the parentage database kinship relation between each pair of horses is known.
