Schematic (a) and photograph (b) of packaged MoS2/BP LED. Heterostructure of MoS2/BP was fabricated on an optical cavity, consisting of gold mirror and Al2O3. The device was passivated with Al2O3 layer via atomic layer deposition (ALD), followed by N2 sealing with quartz window and ultra-violet (UV) curable resin. The scale bar represents 1 cm.
