aAn error in the algorithm to determine carbohydrate- and fat-responsive genotypes led to the incorrect classification of these participants. These participants were erroneously enrolled as they did not meet the eligibility criteria. This was reported to the IRB, and, as part of the resolution, their data were removed from the dataset. bThese participants were unable to attend the W12 visit in person and only completed surveys and questionnaires remotely.
