Yellow arrow in (d) indicate SLIT2-positive cells in epithelial region. Corresponding quantification dot plots are shown in the right panel of each figure. IHC results were presented as the percentage of positive cells in the stromal or epithelial region. The p value was calculated using the one-tailed Mann–Whitney U-test.
