The 19F NMR spectra of AppA, OaPAC, and SyPixD BLUF domains are shown in red, blue, and green, respectively. Their resolved peaks are marked with numbers (1/1′, 2/2′, 3), denoting three classified configurations. Peaks 1 and 1′ correspond to subpopulations of the WinNHin configuration, Peaks 2 and 2′ relate to subpopulations of the WinNHout configuration, while Peak 3 represents the Wout configuration. The chemical structure of 7FW, along with atomic numbering, is illustrated in the lower panel.
