Comparison of dry exposure and wet exposure measurements for TiO2/Si at \(d\) = 30 nm and \(\lambda=\) 275 nm (I) and ZnO/Si at \(d\) = 100 nm and \(\lambda=\) 365 nm (II). The fitted activation time values \(\tau\) are shown in the figure. Vertical error bars for dry exposure represent one STD from a minimum of three samples, whereas horizontal error bars (both wet and dry exposure) represent accumulated uncertainties in dose determinations (see Methods).
