The nodes represent groups of elements and the edges connect groups with a mean wGRR larger than 0.025 (and are weighted by the mean wGRR). Edges linking phage and P-P are in blue, those between plasmid and P-P are in orange and those between phages or between plasmids are in gray. The node arrangement was produced by using a force-directed (Fruchterman-Reingold) algorithm35.
