Volcano plots depict differentially expressed proteins across different cell compartments between patients with complete or partial response (n = 6) versus patients with stable or progressive disease (n = 14). Red dots represent proteins expressed at higher levels in responders while blude dots represent proteins expressed at higher levels in non-responders. Differential abundance of proteins according to objective response was determined by random permutation-based two-sided t-test. Dotted line indicates p-value threshold of 0.05.
