The results from different suppliers are ordered from the most conductive to the most insulating (detected by the VON). The first column (a, e, i, m, and q) shows the SEM images of each sample, the second (b, f, j, n, and r) and third (c, g, k, o and s) columns show the CAFM topography and current maps at 0.5 V, respectively, and the right column (d, h, l, p, and t) shows 100 forward IV curves for each sample collected at random positions (in a matrix of 10 μm × 10 μm).
