146 new serum samples from individuals diagnosed with iRBD, several with longitudinal follow-up samples, were predicted in the OPLS-DA model. 70% of the samples were predicted as Parkinson’s disease (PD), and 23 of 40 individuals had all their longitudinal samples predicted as PD. In the more refined support vector machine (SVM) model, 79% of the 146 new samples were predicted as PD and 27 of 40 individuals consistently had all their longitudinal samples predicted as PD.
