Schematic diagram of the preparation process for Ara-C@HSPC-Lipo. The drug loaded HSPC-Lipo biomimetic vesicles were injected into leukemic mice through the tail vein and targeted to the bone marrow. Ara-C@HSPC-Lipo targeting leukemia cells through receptor-ligand mediated specific binding and delivering chemotherapy drugs to kill leukemia cells in bone marrow.
