  1. The four vaccine arms (i.e. PCV10 0 + 1, PCV13 0 + 1, PCV10 1 + 1, and PCV13 1 + 1) included 200 participants each, which were further divided into four subgroups (i.e. a, b, c, and d) with 50 participants each.
  2. aMemory B cell blood samples for subgroup a was also used as baseline for subgroup b at 12 months.
  3. bIgG ELISA was only conducted in PCV13 0 + 1 subgroup at 12 months of age.
  4. cIgG blood samples were also collected for subgroup b at 2–3 months, but not included in this analysis.
