Mass spectra of 100 mM glutathione (dashed blue line) and a mixture of glutathione and angiotensin II were obtained about 45 min after introducing a 1 mM angiotensin II solution into the tip of the ion source (solid red line). Peaks assigned to glutathione (GSH+), singly hydrated glutathione ((GSH+) + H2O), glutathione dimer \(({({{{\rm{GSH}}}})}_{2}^{+})\), and the doubly and triply protonated states angiotensin II (DRVYIHPFn+, n  = 2, 3) are indicated.
