Three SCVs were isolated from each condition from day 30 of the long term experiment, grown up in 1.5x E. coli MG1655’s MIC for their respective drug, and then E-tested. Shown is the fold change respecting the MIC of the final evolved control populations, whose MIC was 6.25 μg/mL as it was at the start of the long term experiment.
