Each data point represents a single N-glycan derived MS/MS spectrum (i.e containing diagnostic fragment ions at 224.1 amu and one of the following signals: 274.1 amu for Neu5Ac-sialylation, 290.1 amu for Neu5Gc-sialylation, 512.2 amu for fucosylation, and 792.3 amu for bisecting GlcNAc). B Relative spectral count. Data were normalized to the total number of N-glycan-derived MS/MS spectra (i.e. containing 224.1 amu) in the respective tissues. All tissues were analyzed in duplicates.
