From: Human ACE2 transgenic pigs are susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 and develop COVID-19-like disease
Serum was generated from blood samples taken immediately postmortem. Antibody levels were determined using a double antigen multi-species Elisa assay, recognizing SARS-CoV-2 N antigen. Despite the relatively early time point for seroconversion, high levels of antibody were detected in the serum of P53, with lower levels detected in P43 and P60.
