af Kaplan-Meier (KM) survival analysis of patients from the TCGA cohort with high (red line) versus low (blue line) KANK1 expression. In terms of KANK1 gene expression, patients were divided into high and low risk groups based on a quartile risk model. The patient cohort analyzed in Fig. 1a was further stratified into 4 different subtypes based on the molecular characteristics. A second round of KM survival analysis was performed after subtyping (bf). The number of patients included in the analysis is indicated on each graph.
