Using data from the AoU cohort, we performed replication analysis for 31 high-confidence fine-mapped associations identified in the UKB discovery cohort. The dashed horizontal line indicates p = 0.05 in the AoU cohort while the color of each point indicates the relative sample size per trait in the AoU replication cohort compared to the UKB discovery cohort. Full results are shown in Supplementary Data 7. P values were calculated using logistic or linear regression implemented in REGENIE.
