The workflow enables processing large image data stacks for automated feature extraction. The Python API can be used to facilitate quality control with the help of a Jupyter Notebook. An overview of the Python application interface (API) is provided in Supplementary Fig. 7. The results in comma-separated value (CSV) table format can be statistically analyzed using a graphical interface.
