Upper: when a magnetic field of -87 nT is applied in the y-direction, the phase shifts of the FID signal acquired in Fig. 2 are analyzed by the MDA as a function of time. Lower: when the magnetic fields in the x and y directions are roughly compensated. The first harmonic signals are suppressed and the second harmonic signal can be observed.
