This figure depicts an experimental framework utilizing the Surprise model within the TCG. The experiment begins by recording behavioral data from both Senders and Receivers as they engage in TCG. This recorded data is then used to fit the Surprise model to estimate the individual parameters. With these parameters, the model generates communicative messages, each accompanied by message steps and their corresponding surprise values. These values are subsequently analyzed to assess their influence on the Receiver’s physiological responses, specifically through EEG and PDR measurements.
