The cumulative incidence plot and intention-to-treat hazard ratio and 95% confidence interval of T2D by randomized vitamin D vs. placebo were calculated using a Cox proportional hazards regression model adjusted for age at baseline, sex, and randomized omega-3 treatment group (active vs. placebo) using two-sided hypothesis tests.
