a Summary of the metabolic pathways altered for glucose and glutamine metabolism by oHSV treatment. Briefly in oHSV-treated cells increased glucose utilization is fluxed into the TCA cycle which increases ROS. Glutamine is shuttled into reductive carboxylation towards fatty acid synthesis.
