Firstly, we acquired multi-ancestry data of WGS and CRP from UKB, TOPMed, and AoU. Secondly, we executed unconditional and conditional seqGWAS of CRP in six cohorts, AoU data serving as an independent external replication set and further carried out a multi-ancestry fine-mapping analysis. Finally, we conducted functional enrichment analysis, PoPS, gene-based, MR, and colocalization analysis for European-ancestry.
