Z-average (hydrodynamic diameter), mean size determined by Number distribution and LNP size uniformity (polydispersity index, PDI) as determined by dynamic light scattering for the patisiran LNP or LNP X formulation encapsulating mRNA for mCherry. mRNA encapsulation efficiency for both formulations was determined using a modified RiboGreen assay. Mean ± SEM for n = 4-5 LNP batches for each formulation. P values determined using two-tailed unpaired t test.
