Linear regression models of Agtr1 and Agtrap mRNA expression levels in skin and office systolic BP in human patients, including all patients (n = 58) (a) and those not taking antihypertensive agents (n = 33) (b). Agtr1 and Agtrap mRNA expression levels were log-transformed, and normality was confirmed by the Shapiro-Wilk test. Two-sided linear regression analysis was performed.
