a Non-disadvantaged communities (non-DAC) and rural areas exhibit significantly higher average rankings of positive user experience, as compared to disadvantaged communities (DAC) and urban areas (***p < 0.001; exact p-values: 2.7 × 10−7 for the comparison between DAC and non-DAC areas, and 0.00051 for the comparison between urban and rural areas). User experience is ranked by sentiment scores, which are derived from each user review. Statistical significance was evaluated using the T-test (two-sided).
