  1. Two NHPs were euthanized on day 11 post-challenge for MPXV dissemination evaluation. MPXV viral load was evaluated in the urinary tract, digestive tract, and lymphatic system. In the left-hand columns, viral DNA concentration is expressed as copies/mg of organ. Organs were considered positive when viral DNA was detected by qPCR (CT < 38, equivalent to 90,000 copies/mL). No viral DNA detected (<LLOD). In the right-hand columns, virus infectivity is expressed as pfu/g of organ. Organs were considered positive when a least one single plaque-forming unit was detected. Virus infectivity < LLOD.
