AmpliSeq detected presence of 23 somatic chromosomes in every blastomere with random homolog segregation. b Uniform 3-cell stage SCNT embryo #10 produced by fertilization with sperm assisted with activation. Sequencing data show presence of all 23 sperm chromosomes and 25 somatic chromosomes in each blastomere. c Mosaic SCNT embryos #6 and #9 produced by fertilization with sperm assisted with activation. Individual sister blastomeres carried various number of sperm and somatic chromosomes.
