The spectral profile was determined based on the standard approximation of the SRS critical power (see Methods). The different colors in the figure corresponds to the core diameter of AR-HCF. The orange pentagram represents the transmission power and effective transmission length corresponding to this work. Only the fundamental mode excitation is considered in the figure.
