  1. 1 We compared bacterial culture results to detection of Pseudomonas and Staphylococcus with 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Accuracy between methods ranged from 90% for Pseudomonas in throat samples to 54% for Staphylococcus in throat samples, results are summarized in Supplementary Data 15.
