Number of genes in each brain region: DLPFC (n = 926, genes = 17,088 (autosomal), 562 (X-linked), 63 (Y-linked)); PCC (n = 518, genes = 18,385 (autosomal), 598 (X-linked), 71 (Y-linked)); CN (n = 706, gene = 17,928 (autosomal), 591 (X-linked), 76 (Y-linked)).
