Comparative analysis of the resulting region-specific mass spectral data from masks as shown in Fig. 3c,d reveal an increase of signal intensity for a number of lipid species inside the pHrodo+ regions. Signals with a log2 fold change above 2.8 are marked in red. Identified m/z-values are denoted in a table with tentative assignments, where applicable.
