Manhattan plots comparing European and Asian associations. The lower plot shows PACG associations by genomic position in a meta-analysis of 14 Asian cohorts. The upper plot shows PACG associations by genomic position in the European meta-analysis of seven cohorts. GWAS associations used logistic regression with significance level P < 5 × 10−8 (shown as a blue dotted line) to account for multiple comparisons, and the Wald test statistic with two-sided testing.
