  1. Both models estimated the impact of water tariff reform on log-transformed daily household water usage. The regression models are estimated with daily weather controls (temperature, total precipitation, relative humidity, wind speed, hours of sunlight, and atmospheric pressure), calendar date fixed-effects, and households fixed-effects. Standard errors are clustered two-way at the county, and year-by-month level. p-values are shown in parentheses.
