  1. Angles are expressed by a zenith angle (θ) with respect to the direction perpendicular to the plate and an azimuthal angle (ϕ). The error arises from the measurement uncertainties due to image-based fitting. The event’s topology is consistent with the sequential weak decay of a double-Λ hypernucleus, where track #1 is identified as a double-Λ hypernucleus and track #2 as a single-Λ hypernucleus. Track #7 is identified as a π meson based on the observation of its capture star at its endpoint in the emulsion.
